“We were lucky enough to have been recommended Beta-Value Homes by a friend that had just completed a multi-unit development with them. Paul was described to us as being very knowledgeable, approachable and taking pride in his work. It wasn't long into our first conversation that we could tell it was true.

From the get-go Paul was looking at our plans and giving feedback before we had even had the project priced. When it did come time for quoting, he and Giulia made sure to understand our brief and submitted an accurate price within the timeframe we had requested.

Following the pricing, we surely tested their patience with multiple email clarifications and optional pricing requests, yet they never once told us no or that we would have to formally engage them before they would continue. They even allowed us to visit a recently completed project of theirs as well as one in construction. After we signed the contract and were getting ready to commence onsite, we had issues with getting the Building Permit due to a design error however Paul and Giulia managed to step in and get us more time to sort it out by organising a staged permit which allowed them to commence on the slab while the changes were being made. Due to this, there was no delay in the construction.

Throughout the build Paul and Giulia spent countless hours onsite with us going through progress and details. They highlighted potential issues with us as soon as they became aware of them and always had solutions to these problems (that would lead to an even better outcome than the design suggested). Paul's and Giulia's communication throughout the process was always exceptional and they gave us specific guidance with all our selections to ensure we were making informed decisions in appropriate timeframes. The fact that they treat every project as if it were their own home is also exemplified in the exceptional way they have managed defects post completion, with trades organised quickly and communication ongoing.

"When I embarked on the Argyle St knockdown and rebuild project, the two key considerations for me were sticking to a tight budget and getting the project completed in a reasonable period.
